All standard products come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee for new and unopened products based on the delivery date as provided by the shipper. To receive a refund and return products please contact customer support by sending a Return Authorization Request email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
An RA (Return Authorization) must be obtained before shipping product back to Flora Jane’s. No refund will be processed until an RA is authorized. Customer pays all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are never included in refund amount. After receiving your authorized return, we will process the refund within 3 business days.
For all products received by customer past the 30 day refund time frame, the sale is considered final.

For Shipping Damages: If you experience a problem with your order due to damage incurred during shipping, please email us within 3 business days of receipt of order to obtain replacement products. We will provide you with a return shipping label (shipping fee included) and exchange your damaged goods asap. When emailing us for a damage claim, please provide pics of the damaged shipping box and goods. Send us a damage claim email.
